Certificate of Occupancy Dashboard | A new Certificate of Occupancy (COO) dashboard has been created for relevant authorities and applicants. New pages within the dashboard for relevant authorities include in-progress, issued and revoked. These have similar functionality to the existing COO dashboard but with more information such as who the COO will be issued by and the ability to sort by status. New pages for applicants include required, in progress, issued and revoked. Applications will appear on the required page once a completion of building work notification has been submitted where it includes a direct link to apply for the COO. The COO application can be tracked through the in-progress and issued pages. COOs that have been revoked will appear under the revoked page. Latest version |
