The proposal comprises:
- shrines
- a pagoda
- ancillary accommodation for religious order
- retirement accommodation
- a feature statue
- memorial gardens
- Chinese gardens and associated parking.
The development is being undertaken in four stages.
- Stages 1 and 4 have been completed.
- Stage 2 is partially complete, with the main shrine nearing completion.
- Stage 3 remains to be commenced.
