The proposal comprises:

  • a pagoda
  • ancillary accommodation for religious order
  • retirement accommodation
  • a feature statue
  • memorial gardens
  • Chinese gardens and associated parking.

The development is being undertaken in four stages.

  • Stages 1 and 4 have been completed.
  • Stage 2 is partially complete, with the main shrine nearing completion.
  • Stage 3 remains to be commenced.
