A relevant authority is responsible for giving notice of the application to an owner or occupier of adjacent land in accordance with Section 107(3)(a)(i) of the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016.

The relevant authority is required to provide a Representation Form with the notice to the owner or occupier of adjacent land in accordance with Practice Direction 3 – Notification of Performance Assessed Development Applications 2019.

The Department for Housing and Urban Development acknowledges and respects Aboriginal peoples as the state's First Peoples and nations and recognises Aboriginal peoples as Traditional Owners and occupants of lands and waters in South Australia.
