Practice guidelines

The State Planning Commission issues practice guidelines with respect to the interpretation, use or application of the planning rules or the building rules under the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016.


Instruments published on this part of the SA planning portal are certified by the Chief Executive under section 52(1) of the Act.
