Development Act notices
Under the Development Act 1993, there are two types of advisory notice that inform practitioners of proposed changes to the building system:
- Building advisory notices are issued to inform building practitioners of proposed changes to South Australian building legislation and other building control matters and to assist interpretation and adoption by the industry.
- Legislation advisory notices are issued to inform practitioners of proposed changes to South Australian planning and development legislation to assist interpretation and adoption by the industry.
