Building Indemnity Insurance (BII) and Data extract for Section 7. | Building Indemnity Insurance (BII) details have been reviewed and are only included in the Section 7 data extract documents after the first commencement notification for the building work is submitted or if notifications aren’t required, when the development approval is granted. Note:
The Decision Notification Form (DNF) has enhanced wording to align with the BII section in Section 7 data extract. A disclaimer now advises councils to verify document accuracy independently. |
Update consent relevant authority reason | When an under-assessment consent is assigned to a new relevant authority, they can now update the relevant authority reason. |
