Lodging for state development?

Applications under the Planning, Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 (PDI Act) can be lodged on the PlanSA portal, with the following state development exclusions:

applications for outline consent
applications for Impact Assessed Development (declared by the Minister for Planning)
applications to vary or extended Crown and Essential Infrastructure applications that were processed within the previous system (submitted prior to 10 November 2023).
